How Do You Bring Back Clients Who Haven't Booked in Months?
Andrew Christ1 min read
The simplest way to bring back clients who haven't booked in months is a short, personal email campaign sent to your past client list: two or three friendly emails over about two weeks, each with a reason to come back and an easy way to book. This is often called database reactivation.
Why past clients are your easiest revenue
These clients already know you and liked your work. Most didn't leave because they were unhappy. Life just got busy. Reminding them costs far less than finding brand new clients through ads.
What to send
Start with your most recently lapsed clients, people who last visited 4 to 12 months ago. Write like a person, not a brand: mention that you miss them, share something new (a service, a seasonal treatment, open times), and include a direct booking link. Send the first email, a follow up a few days later, and a final note about a week after that.
Follow the rules
Only email clients who gave you their email through your business, remove anyone who has unsubscribed, and include your business address and an unsubscribe link in every email. Only text clients who agreed to receive marketing texts.
Let us run it for you
Stark Metrix runs a two week reactivation campaign through your booking platform's own email tools. You approve every email before it sends, and you only pay the second half if it brings in the bookings we agree on. Book a free 15 minute call at starkmetrix.co to see if your client list is a fit.
