This Privacy Policy explains how Stark Metrix LLC ("Stark Metrix," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you visit starkmetrix.co (the "Site"), call our demo line, book a call with us, or use our services (together, the "Services").
1. Who we are
Stark Metrix LLC is a Florida limited liability company. We set up and run four systems for local service businesses (our "clients"):
- Review Engine: automated text messages that ask a client's customers to leave a Google review after a visit or job.
- Speed to Lead: instant replies by text and email to new leads from a client's website forms, ads, and other sources.
- Database Reactivation: email and text campaigns to a client's past customers.
- AI Receptionist: an AI voice agent that answers a client's calls, answers common questions, and books appointments.
2. Two kinds of information
We handle information in two different roles:
- As a business, for ourselves. Information about our clients, prospective clients, and visitors to the Site. We decide how this information is used, and this Privacy Policy covers it.
- On behalf of our clients. Information about our clients' own customers, leads, and callers ("End Users"), which we process only to run the Services for that client and according to their instructions. Each client is responsible for its own privacy notice to its End Users and for having a lawful basis, including any required consent, to contact them.
3. Information we collect from clients, prospects, and visitors
- Contact details such as your name, business name, email address, and phone number, when you fill out a form, book a call, email us, or sign up for the Services.
- Business information you give us to set up the Services, such as your services, hours, service area, booking rules, and the logins or connections we need to link your phone number, calendar, booking software, or review profile.
- Communications with us, including emails, text messages, and notes from calls.
- Demo line information. When you call our demo line, we collect your phone number, the time and length of the call, a recording and transcript of the call, and any details you give the AI agent.
- Technical information such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested, which our hosting provider records automatically to deliver and secure the Site.
4. Information we process on behalf of our clients
To run the Services for a client, we may process the following information about that client's End Users:
- Names, phone numbers, and email addresses.
- Appointment, job, and visit details, such as the date, service, and service address.
- Lead form submissions and the messages End Users send in reply.
- For the AI Receptionist: call recordings, call transcripts, call times and lengths, and the details callers give, such as the reason for the call and a service address.
- For Review Engine: whether a review request was sent and whether a review link was clicked.
- For Database Reactivation: past customer lists the client provides, and replies and unsubscribe requests.
5. How we use information
We use information to:
- Provide, set up, operate, and support the Services.
- Send text messages and emails on a client's behalf, such as review requests, lead replies, appointment confirmations and reminders, and campaign messages.
- Answer calls, book appointments, and send call summaries and alerts to our clients.
- Respond to inquiries, schedule calls, and follow up with prospective clients who have asked to hear from us.
- Send the demo text messages described in our SMS Terms & Conditions to people who opt in on the demo line.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, secure, and improve the Services.
- Comply with legal obligations, honor opt outs, and enforce our agreements.
We do not sell personal information. We use End User information only to provide the Services to the client it came from.
6. Text messages and SMS consent
We send text messages only to people who have agreed to receive them:
- Our own messages. On our demo line, callers who agree are sent a sample appointment confirmation. Consent is collected as described in our SMS Terms & Conditions.
- Messages for our clients. Review Engine, Speed to Lead, Database Reactivation, and AI Receptionist messages are sent in our client's business name. The client is responsible for collecting each recipient's consent before messages are sent.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Consent to receive text messages is never a condition of buying anything. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. See our SMS Terms & Conditions for full details.
No sharing of mobile opt in data. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt in data and consent are not shared with any third parties, and are excluded from every category of sharing described in Section 7.
7. Who we share information with
We share information only as follows:
- Service providers that process information for us. These include providers for text messaging and phone numbers, AI voice and AI language processing, email, scheduling, online forms, website hosting, and data storage. They may use the information only to provide their services to us.
- The client the information belongs to. For example, we send a client their own call summaries, lead details, and campaign results.
- Software our clients ask us to connect, such as their calendar, booking software, or customer management system.
- Legal and safety reasons, when required by law or legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Stark Metrix, our clients, or others.
- Business transfers, if we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case this Privacy Policy will continue to apply to the information transferred.
8. How we store and protect information
Information is stored with our service providers and in systems we control. We limit access to people who need it to provide the Services, and we use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. How long we keep information
We keep information for as long as needed to provide the Services, meet our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When a client stops using the Services, we delete or return that client's End User information on request, unless the law requires us to keep it. Opt out records are kept so that we continue to honor them.
10. Cookies
Our Site does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Forms and scheduling tools embedded in or linked from the Site, such as our contact form and booking calendar, are run by third parties and may set their own cookies under their own privacy policies.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under your state's privacy laws. We will respond to requests as those laws require.
12. Children
The Services are meant for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
